RTSM - Merge CI Function not available

Issue:

'Merge CI' function not available (even as an admin)

Steps:

Workaround: 

Login to the jmx console for uCMDB (port 21212) and invoke the 'MergeCIs' mbean under UCMDB:service=Reconciliation Services. Enter the Customer ID=1 (blank defaults to 1).  Then enter the Global ID's of the CIs in question separated by commas. The last CI you enter is the one the rest of the CIs will merge to. 

Example, 

CustomerID = 1
CMDB Object IDs = GlobalID1, GlobalID2, GlobalID3

In the above example, GlobalID1 & GlobalID2 will merge to GlobalID3.
