NNMi 10.30 Installation Error on NAS mount

Issue:

ERROR: The installation directory you have chosen contains existing files. 
Please delete the files in the directory or choose another directory.
Where would you like to install?

Steps:

The NAS mount /opt/NA would not work for the installation so /opt/NA/NA1030 was used.
