Web Script Load Runner Windows 7

Issue:

Unable to record Web script using LR v11.50 on Win7. Displays "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

Steps:

Close all your IE browsers then go to taskmanager and make sure you don’t have any iexplore.exe or iexplore.exe *32 running, if running then kill them. Now manually open IE that you intend to use (32 or 64 bit) for recording and make sure it loads properly. 

The problem you are running into is that IE had crashed last time it open and when VuGen tries to open it goes into hung state as its trying to open do you want to restore last open session but VuGen is suppressing that causing it to hang.
