DefaultAppPool error

Issue:

PC 9.5

Performance center 9.5 and all the patches have been installed. Intermittently when the User site and Admin site are launched the message "service unavailable" is observed. It seems that all the credentials (IIS) and are set as recommended.

From the server IIS log the message below was observed.

Description:

A failure was encountered while launching the process serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool'. The application pool has been disabled.

Steps:

What the error says DefaultAppPool pool has been disabled.

Make sure all the pools are enabled and pointed to the correct websites for them to function properly.

Usersite - DefaultAppPool

PCWS - PCWSAppPool
