How to retrieve Communication Passphrase for ALM upgrade?

Steps:

Navigate to the SiteAdmin of the current install waiting to be upgraded, navigate to the “Site Configuration” tab, and look for “COMMUNICATION_SECURITY_PASSPHRASE”.
