This product/version follows the time-based obsolescence process and the timeline for end of Committed Support and end of Extended Support has been published on SSO, based on the General Availability date for this product version. These dates are based on our Release & Support Policy available at softwaresupport.hp.com/web/softwaresupport/document/-/facetsearch/document/KM01510370.

Please keep in mind: In accordance with the contractual terms, your Software should be on a supported available release. You can verify the support timeline for the specific version of the product you are using on Software Support Online. Please make sure that your Software is on a supported version throughout the period of your support contract. You can contact your HPE Sales Representative or HPE Business Partner if you need any additional help.

Whilst HPE offers Extended Support periods, to minimize risks we recommend that all customers update to the 12.5x version of LoadRunner. LoadRunner 12.5x provides the following new capabilities:
Cloud Testing via AWS, Azure or Google App Engine
Continuous Testing using Jenkins, and plug-ins for Visual Studio and Eclipse IDEs
Scripting for Web/HTTP in native JavaScript
Patented TruClient technology which now supports Chromium, Firefox and Internet Explorer using a common script
