ALM 11.0 Installation
Issue Summary
After ALM installation, the JBoss could not start.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Be sure to restart the computer before trying to connect ALM Platform.
2. After restart, confirm the ALM service is started by, clicking start - > Run, type in services.msc and click ok. HP Application Lifecycle Management has be started, if not, right-click and click start.
3. There may be a problem with too little memory. Make sure to have 2 GB of memory allocated to the machine ALM is installed on.
Verify
The image of the HP ALM platform, in the task bar, should look like this. If it is functioning correctly.
