Setting up MAPI monitor in SiteScope to send/ receive mail from user account other then SiteScope service account.
Error symptoms:
“Failed to initialize MAPI” error in monitor status summary field.
The problem was spotted when customer was trying to setup MAPI monitor to use user account other then SiteScope service account (provided that you completed all the steps required in SiteScope reference, the problem won’t show up when using same account as used to run SiteScope service).

Resolution:
Steps required in addition to what stated in the SiS guide:
1) Add the following string to "C:\SiteScope\groups\master.config":
_dwLogonType=9
2) Restart SiteScope.
