MyBSM Dashboard Java Settings

Problem: Caching prevents users from seeing changes made to MyBSM dashboards by another user.

If you disable Java caching in Java Control Panel on the client machine they will see any changes made to the dashboards.

After taking these steps.  You can see all changes to the dashboards made by someone else.
