Sitescope (Multiple Versions)
Issue:
When opening Sitescope, you get a screen that does not have a username or password box.
Steps:
Navigate to:
1. C:\Documents and Settings\<user_name>\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache
2. Copy to contents to a new location.
3. Delete the contents of the Cache directory.
4. Reload the Sitescope page.
