Issue:
When Opening Authentication Management under Platform Administration you receive one of the below error depending on the browser used:
Internet Explorer: "Page cannot be displayed"
FireFox: "Server Not found"
Chrome: The webpage at <GWS or Load balancer URL>/topaz/app/usermanagement/general/AuthenticationStrategyWizard.jsp?> might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Steps:
- Make a backup of the setting_parameters table or of the Management DB schema.
- In the setting_parameters table in the Management db schema
select * where SP_CONTEXT = “LDAPIntegration” - Delete all found records from the table, and restart BSM
